Lanais are used every day

A lanai or screened patio is often an outdoor living room: furniture, grills, pets and kids. That means more wear on the lower panels and doors than on a pool cage roof.

Options that help

  • Heavier pet-resistant mesh on lower panels
  • 20x20 mesh for small insects near lakes and ponds
  • New kick plates and door hardware

Panel or full rescreen

We can replace a few panels or the whole lanai. If the rest of the mesh is still in good shape, replacing just the damaged panels is usually the best value.

Care tips

Keep furniture and grills a little away from the mesh, rinse dust and pollen off occasionally, and fix small tears before they grow. More tips in our screen care guide.
